Integrate Your Variable Tariff

To integrate your system with our Smart Variable Rate Tariff Algorithm, you need to navigate to the "account information" tab on the Duracell Energy app, from there you can select your tariff, it will then ask for your postcode and/or town/city, this will send a request to our software team to integrate your system with our smart algorithm.

How It Works

The main purpose of the smart algorithm is to make your system as cost effective as possible, it will use weather data to predict the amount of solar generation for the following day, if it anticipates a lot of solar, it will put less energy into your battery so you can charge from the free solar energy throughout the day. If it does not anticipate a lot of solar, the battery will be charged during your cheap rate times.
