Round-Up: Duracell Energy at Everything Electric Farnborough 2025

Last weekend the Duracell Energy team (joined by Platinum Partner Glow Green) headed to Farnborough for Everything Electric LIVE, an event that brings together thousands of homeowners, sustainability enthusiasts and investors.
We made our way to Farnborough for Everything Electric LIVE, a busy few days packed with energy (literally). Thousands of visitors came through the doors, from homeowners curious about solar to long-time EV enthusiasts looking for their next upgrade. The show brought together everything that makes this industry so exciting: renewable tech, home storage, electric vehicles, and people who genuinely care about building a cleaner future. For us, it was a great chance to chat with homeowners face to face and show how battery storage is quickly becoming the heart of a modern home energy setup.
Our aim was simple: to help people see how easy it can be to make solar work smarter. By pairing panels with battery storage, homeowners can make better use of the energy they produce, cut their bills, and rely less on the grid. Over the weekend we ran demos, answered questions, and talked through how our ecosystem, from the Dura5 to the Dura-i, fits into everyday homes. We were joined by our Platinum Partner, Glow Green, who offered instant quotes to visitors interested in solar and battery installations. Together we helped people understand what’s possible right now, not years down the line.
Saturday was a big highlight. Our Head of Partnerships, Oliver Millar, joined a panel of experts to discuss how to build the ultimate home energy system. The talk covered everything from battery storage and solar to hydro and home wind turbines, with plenty of good questions from the audience. We were also proud to be part of the official show tour and to host the investors’ drinks reception, a relaxed evening that brought together everyone involved in the Everything Electric crowdfunding campaign.
If there’s one thing we took away from the weekend, it’s that home energy independence isn’t just a goal anymore: It’s happening right now. People want trusted technology that works, backed by a name they know. That’s exactly what Duracell Energy is here to deliver.
