A crowd gathered at the Duracell Energy exhibition stand

Last month, the Duracell Energy team returned to Solar & Storage Live 2025 at the NEC Birmingham, the UK’s leading event for solar, battery storage, and renewable energy professionals.

Last month we were back at the NEC in Birmingham for Solar and Storage Live, the UK’s biggest event for the renewable energy industry. The halls were packed with installers, manufacturers and distributors, all sharing ideas and exploring the latest technology in solar and battery storage.

For the Duracell Energy team, it was an opportunity to speak directly with the people who keep this industry moving: the installers who are out there every day helping homes and businesses transition to cleaner energy.

Our stand showcased the full Duracell Energy range, including the Dura5 home battery, Dura-i inverter and our larger commercial systems and three-phase systems. Across three busy days, we ran product demonstrations, answered technical questions and talked through how our products can make installation faster and more straightforward.

A big focus this year was helping installers understand how the Duracell Energy ecosystem fits into their existing work. Many of the conversations we had were about reliability and support, two areas we’ve worked hard to deliver on. Installers told us that they value products that are not only well-made but also backed by a name their customers already trust.

More businesses are starting to see the long-term savings and carbon reductions that battery systems can bring, and the feedback around our commercial range was really positive.

As always, Solar and Storage Live was about more than products. It’s about people. It’s about reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new partners and talking honestly about what’s working and what isn’t in the industry. The energy across the halls this year felt genuinely optimistic.

We left Birmingham feeling encouraged by the direction the industry is heading. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, shared feedback or asked a question. We’re looking forward to seeing where these discussions lead next.
