Duracell and Puredrive Energy Relationship
Duracell awarded the license to manufacture and distribute Duracell branded Energy Storage products for the residential and commercial markets to Puredrive Energy in 2022.
Previously our Puredrive products were a renowned name within the home energy storage market throughout the UK and Europe. Specifically for their high quality and excellent customer support, attracting the attention of Duracell.
Since Puredrive Energy started producing the Duracell Energy suite of smart energy solutions, we have now expanded our product range into international territories including Benelux, and South Africa.
Our Duracell Energy products are distributed to customers through our trusted network of Platinum Partners and Approved Installers.

Timeline
- 2016 – Puredrive Energy was founded by battery expert, Mark Millar
- 2019 – Established Puredrive’s first exclusive wholesaler partnership with Greentech
- 2022 – Awarded the license to manufacture and distribute Duracell branded Energy Storage products for the residential and commercial markets
- 2023 – Moved into new Toddington-based warehouse to accommodate increased orders and influx of new staff
- 2024 – Launched the Duracell Energy brand at Everything Electric Show London in March which included the suite of products including the Dura5 storage battery, and the DuraCharger EV charger
- 2025 – Signed Fully Charged in-episode partnership, advertising to over a million subscribers 3 times per week
